How do I determine my correct helmet size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Compare this measurement to our size chart found on each product page. A new helmet should feel snug but not cause painful pressure points.
Are Axor helmets safety certified?
Yes, all Axor helmets meet or exceed international safety standards, including DOT (Department of Transportation) and ECE (Economic Commission for Europe) certifications, ensuring maximum protection for riders.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. Helmets must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective films intact. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used helmets cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on Axor products?
Axor provides a comprehensive 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Can I purchase replacement visors or spare parts?
Absolutely. We stock a wide range of official Axor accessories, including smoke/iridium visors, cheek pads, and ventilation covers, specifically designed for your helmet model.
