At Axor Helmets, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Request
Log into your Axor account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Pack Securely
Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags, visor protectors, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection & Refund
Once our safety technicians verify the helmet's structural integrity and condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
